A Kinesiology treatment will include muscle testing, it may also include various emotional stress release techniques, such as Bach flower essences, acupressure, gentle structural realignment, firm reflex massage, chakra balancing as well as suitable suggestions for lifestyle changes.
Kinesiology helps feelings of being fed up and toxic’ or just stressed, it also helps with back & neck pain, sciatica, headaches, shoulder tension, digestive problems, low energy & fatigue, mood swings, breast tenderness, emotional trauma, fears & phobias, poor concentration/attention span, dyslexia, learning difficulities, old troublesome injuries, hormonal problems, PMS, menopause and much more.
